15-Oct - The practical exercise sheet
nr.1 that has just been published should be worked at home. It will be discussed later in class (22-Oct).
21-Jul: classes will start on Thu, 24-Sep, 9h00 (room
E7-0.04).
In real life, everything seems to be some kind of relation: professional, institutional, romantic, numerical, international, family relations, … relations, … relations.
How would it be possible to teach all this to a computer system without seriously studying what a relation is, in the formal sense of the term, and how to reason (mathematically) only with relations?
Such is, in brief, the main objective of this course.
